The competitive dance program at Pure Energy Dance is a supportive, skill-building journey where your child will grow in confidence, technique, and teamwork—while still feeling seen, valued, and free to be themselves.
💡 Please Note:
· Attendance at all Special Scheduled Rehearsals is mandatory.
· There will be a Full Team Run-Through the week prior to each competition.
· Dancers who miss any Special Rehearsal or the class directly before a competition will be pulled from that competition. This decision will be final and made in the best interest of the team, with no cost to the studio.

Studio Schedules
Studio Rehearsal Schedule & Competition Prep
To help your dancer feel confident and ready, there are mandatory rehearsals scheduled throughout the season (March – May) — including FULL-TEAM run-throughs held the week before each competition.
These rehearsals are essential for polishing routines, building team confidence, and making sure every dancer is fully prepared to shine on stage.
